On September 21, we shared the testimony of Belén Comparini about the Seminar that we gave in the first quarter of the year at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UBA, and a brief review of the dialogue between the technical tools and the theoretical-epistemological bases that the seminar proposed to analyze the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public policies.
